So simple, and yet so complex!

Whilst we all know how to breathe, few people breathe efficiently and this can cause changes in blood chemistry balance, intensify the effects of breathing disorders and impair performance, recovery, stress tolerance, general, and cardiovascular health.

We offer individual assessment, guidance and practice sessions as a complementary or alternative approach to yoga therapy and we know our stuff!

As breathwork can be incredibly potent, it’s important that the person guiding you knows how to assess, guide, and evaluate to keep you safe, and achieve the desired health benefits of any manual therapy, and/or breath practice.

Targeted breath work can help with:
