Cancellation & no-show policy:

 

We all get busy, and we understand that special circumstances are unavoidable, and you may need to cancel your appointment. If you find that you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client in this time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged at 50% of the full rate. Cancellations within 12 hours may be charged the full rate. Please call the clinic if you need to change your appointment within this time.

If you simply do not show up, you will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the booked appointment rate.

As cancellations and ‘no shows’ have a significant impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust that you understand our need to do so.

Refund policy:

 

Courses and some classes require full payment at time of booking to confirm your place. Please check your diary carefully before booking. Our payment platform charges us a 5% transaction fee at time of booking so if you require a refund it will be the amount you paid less this fee. This also applies to bookings made in error or duplicate bookings. We will always give you the option to defer to another date in this instance first.
